| 摘 要： | 碳纳米管可以近似看作由石墨的碳原子层卷曲而成的无缝、中空的管体.各种方法制备出来的碳纳米管在形态、用途等方面都不同.利用扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射和激光拉曼光谱各种表征手段对碳纳米管的形态、结构等进行观察和分析.

| Abstract: | Carbon nanotubes can be thought as a seamless cylinder rolled up by carbon atom layer. Various methods of preparation of carbon nanotubeS in morphology, application and other aspects are different. The prepared carbon nanotubes are studied by Scanning Electron Microscope, Transmission Electron Microscope, X-ray diffraction and Raman spectrum. |
