银川平原基础设施的发展现状及存在问题

城市基础设施是国民经济发展中的重要组成部分,是建设城市物质文明和精神文明的重要物质基础,也是城市持续、稳定发展的支撑体系.以银川平原为例,从供排水、交通、能源等几个主要方面入手,论述区域基础设施的发展现状及存在的不足,并探讨其相应的发展对策和建议.作者认为,应立足于银川平原地区的水资源现状,建设区域性输配水工程,加快城市供水的发展;增加区域内排水管道的铺设,扩大污水处理系统的处理能力,以减少环境污染;积极转变综合交通运输方式,提高集约化发展水平,与银川平原产业发展相匹配;优化能源结构,完善电力系统,提高居民用电所占的比重,加快发展城市供热和城市燃气,促进城市的快速发展.

Infrastructure Development Present Situation and Existing Problems About Yinchuan Plain

Urban infrastructure is the important part of national economy development, it is the significant material base of a city in construct material civilization and spiritual civilization, and it is also the support system of a city to sustained and stable development. The paper takes Yinchuan plain as an example, from several main aspects like the water supply and drainage,transportation,energy and so on,analyzes the development present situation and existing problems in its main infrastructure, discusses the corresponding development countermeasure and suggestion about the area. The author thinks that we should construct regional water supply distribution project based on the present situation of water in Yinchuan plain, to speed up the development of urban water supply; increase drainage pipeline laid length in the area, expand processing capacity of the sewage treatment system to reduce the pollution of the environment： change comprehensive transportation mode actively and improve the level of intensive development, matching industry development phase in Yinchuan plain： optimize of energy structure and imlSrove power system, improving the proportion of the residents power, speeding up the development of city heating and city gas, to promote the rapid development of the city.
