| Abstract: | This paper brings out a necessary and a sufficient condition for a semi-group ring RS, where R is a ring and S a semi-group to be a pre-Boolean ring as 'The semi-group ring RS is a pre-Boolean Ring if either the ring R is ni1potent of index 3 and S any commutative semi-group or the ring, R is pre-Boolean non-nilpotent or index 3 and S is a pre-Boolean semi-group'. |
