蔗糖用草酸水解的数学模拟

摘    要:在lnk~lnC_0,lnk~1/T及lnk~ln(d—C_A)分别回归基础上,确立了蔗糖在草酸催化作用下的“水解模型”。通过参数估计,导出了该过程的反应动力学方程。数理统计结果表明,择定的模型及估计的参数值均具高度显著性。R~2=0.995199表明:本研究导出的数学模型精确,其予测值与实测位能基本吻合。

Abstract:Hydrolysis model was established on the basis of the regression of lnk vs lnCo, lnk vs 1/T and lnk vs ln(d-CA), respect ively.The math- ematical model for catalysis-hydrolyzed kinetic of sucrose by oxalic acid has been derived by means of parameter cstimate.The results from statistical analysis stated that the model selected and parameter estimates are significant at a very small level.R-square of 0.995199 stated that the mathematical model is accurate,indicating basically agreement between observed and predicated values.
