涡旋压缩机型线动力特性的研究

摘    要:提出了涡旋压缩机等效缸径的概念,并将型线的高度、曹宽和壁厚化为3个独立的无量纲特征参数,通过对特征参数与型线结构参数的关系,以及特征参数对压缩机动力性能影响的分析,得到了轴向气体力和动涡盘旋转惯性力随特征参数的变化趋势,二者的变化趋势是相近的;它们随着齿高系数的增大而迅速减小,随着齿厚系数的增大而迅速增大,受槽宽系数的影响较小,给出了特征参数的优选范围,齿高系数一般应在0.42-0.52范围内,槽

Abstract:The concept of equivalent cylinder diameter is presented for scroll compressor. The height,breadth and thickness of the profile are transformed into three independent nondimensional characteristic parameters The relationship between these nondimensional parameters and the profile parameters is deduced. By analyzing the influence of characteristic parameters on the dynamical performance of compressor, the available region of these nondimensional parameters is obtained. The strategy of optimum selection is recommended under the conditions of different pressure ratio and different displace ment.
