双酚A低分子环氧树脂的合成工艺研究

摘    要:双酚A(二酚基丙烷)和环氧氯丙烷在催化剂作用下缩和成为双酚A环氧树脂。实验结果表明:在双酚A:环氧氯丙烷=1:10,NaOH的质量分数为28.57%,反应温度65-70℃,反应时间4.5h,氯化三甲基苄基铵的摩尔用量为双酚A摩尔数的1%的条件下,可得到环氧值为0.55的双酚A低分子环氧树脂。

Abstract:Both bisphenol-A and (3-) chloropropane oxide were synthesized toa condensed polymer-bisphenol-A epoxy resin in the presence of some catalysts. The results of experiments showed that bisphenol-A low-molecular-weight epoxy resin of which oxirane value is 0.5 can be obtained, under the following conditions. The ratio of bisphenol-A to (3-) chloropropane oxide is 0.1, the concentration of sodium hydroxide is 28.57%, the reaction temperature is 65~75℃,the reaction time is 4.5 h, the mole ratio of chlorotrimethyl phenlid to bisphenol-A is 1%.
