脲醛树脂发泡材料的制备研究

摘    要:以甲酸为缩聚段的pH值调节剂,通过尿素与甲醛 在酸性介质中缩聚的方法合成了脲醛树脂.脲醛树脂泡沫材料的制备表明碳酸氢铵发泡法质 优价廉,其优化参数为:脲醛树脂100 g,玉米淀粉15 g,表面活性剂8~16 g,碳酸氢铵6 g,75%磷酸25 mL.

Abstract:Synthesis of the urea formaldehyde resin using poly merization of urea and formaldehyde in acid medium is described . During the cou rse of preparation , formic acid was pH value conditioning agent of condensation polymerization .The preparation of the foam material of urea formaldehyde resi n proves ammonium bicarbonate foaming is the better for economical and convenien t , and the optimum parameter is as following : urea formaldehyde resin 100 g , corn starch 15 g , surface active agent 8~16 g , ammonium bicarbonate 6 g , 75% phosphoric acid 25 mL .
