摘    要:提出了具有话音 /数据混合业务的宽带码分多址 (WCDMA)蜂窝无线系统中的一种呼叫允许控制策略 ,其基本思想是 ,尽量降低切换呼叫的切换失败概率 ,保证用户的服务质量 (QoS)要求。切换呼叫与新呼叫共享系统信道。当系统无空闲信道时 ,新呼叫被阻塞 ,而切换呼叫进入缓冲器参加排队 ,并启动定时器 ,等待服务。一旦系统有空闲信道 ,且定时器未超时 ,则切换呼叫可以占用这些空闲信道 ,接受服务。

Abstract:This paper proposes a call admission control policy for wideband code division multiple access (WCDMA) system. Its idea is to reduce handoff failure probability and guarantee user's QoS requirements. Handoff calls share channels with new calls. If there is no free channel in the system, the new call is blocked, and the handoff call enters the buffer to queue. Once the handoff call enters the buffer, the timer is started and the handoff call waits for being served. When there is free channel in the system and time does not run out, the handoff call can take the free channel and receive service.
