| 摘 要： | 从基于标准可加性模型（SAM）的模糊算法出发，提出了对船舶压载水进行风险评价的一种定量方法，并以此为基础，通过对某一具体的实例进行分析、计算、得到符合实际情况的仿真结果，提出了实际应用中应该注意的问题，可作为评价船舶压载水传播有害水生物和病原体的辅助手段。

| Abstract: | Proceeding from Fuzzy algorithm based on Standard Additive Model, this paper puts forward a type of quantified analysis method for the risk assessment of ballast water.On this base, the author draws several general simulating conclusions by analysis and calculation of a specific instance, and points out the problems which should be paid attention to in the application. This method can be a subsidiary method to evaluate the contagion of harmful planktons and pathogen by ballast water |
