蒙古黄芪的组织培养研究

摘    要:对蒙古黄芪无菌苗的不同外植体(叶片、子叶、下胚轴)进行组织培养研究.结果表明:该三种外植体分别在MS BA2.0mg/L NAA2.0mg/L、LS BA2.0mg/L NAA0.1mg/L、MS BA2.0mg/L NAA2.0mg/L 培养基上的愈伤组织诱导率很高;在这三种外植体中,子叶和下胚轴所诱导的愈伤组织在继代培养基上能分化出芽;试管苗在1/2MS NAA5.0mg/L培养基上生根效果好.

Abstract:In this experiment,a tissue culture research was made with the different parts of A.membranaceus Bge.var.mongholicus (Bge.) Hisao seedling as explants (leaf segment,cotyledon,hypocetyl). The results were as follows: the highest percentage of callus induction was different with different culture modium. The callus induced by the plants of cotyledon and hypocetyl may be produced shoot in successive transfer culture medium. The effect of rooting is best when transfering the unrooted tube seedling into 1/2MS(majar element 1/2) culture medium with NAA 5.0mg/L.
