摘    要:在保证承载力的前提下,为了合理控制成本,从长抗拔灌注桩的工作机理出发,基于优化设计的数学模型,结合某工程抗拔桩的静载荷实验参数,提出了一个优化长抗拔桩几何参数的迭代算法,并且基于该算法优化了单桩几何参数。将优化结果与原设计参数进行对比分析,结果表明:优化设计的抗拔桩在满足承载力要求下,减少了桩身灌注体积,达到了工程经济化目标。该优化设计方法可行,可以应用于工程实际。

Abstract:This paper presents an attempt to realize reasonable cost control,together with required bearing capacity,by developing an iterative algorithm aimed at the optimizing geometric parameters,based on the working mechanism of long uplift grouting piles and optimal mathematical model,and combined with the testing data of statical test in an engineering pile.The paper introduces optimally designed geometric parameters for individual piles based on the suggested algorithm.Comparison between the optimizing results and original design shows that the optimization designed uplift piles gives the decreasing grouting volume of pile, together with required bearing capacity. The optimum design method is feasible for use in practical engineering.
