| 摘 要： | 报道了在实验室进行大规模连续的嗜盐菌的培养方法和细菌视紫红质分离提纯技术。经表征证明，采用离心法即可制备细菌视紫红质纯品。

| Abstract: | The present paper covers a continuous culture method of halobacteria halobium on a largescale in the laboratory and the procedures of isolation and purification of BR. The identified resultsproved that it was feasible to obtain purified BR sample by centrifugal method. |
