| 摘 要： | 在铬天青S(CAS)-亚硝基R盐-CTMAB混合显色体系中,利用还原剂Vc对铁和CTMAB对铝的吸光度的显著影响,应用正交回归设计的偏导数光度法,同时测定了茶叶和茶水中的铁和铝的含量.误差不大于4.6%.

| Abstract: | In this paper, through the effect of V c on Fe 3 and of CTMAB on Al 3 , aluminium and iron in the tea samples are simultaneously determined by regress orthogonal partial derivative spectrophotometry in mixed colorant of Chrome azurol S and Nitroso R salt. Analytical error is less than 4.6 %. |
