| 摘 要： | 住宅小区的声环境是关系人们健康和生活质量的重要问题，需要从防噪规划、建筑布局和景观设计等多角度进行设计．对于城郊小区而言，噪声预测是进行声环境规划和设计的有效手段，通过对小区环境噪声的模拟，可以得到小区噪声分布状况，为小区规划和防噪提供较好的方案；结合建筑环境设计的声屏障设计可以达到景观和功能相结合的效果；而有意识地结合当地生态环境营造声景观更是和谐人居的要求．

| Abstract: | The acoustical environment in residential quarters is an important factor relating to the health and living quality of the occupants. It can be designed more rationally by combining noise-proof planning, buildings layout and landscape design. Noise prediction is an effective method for acoustical environment design in a residential quarters. An initial noise distribution has been obtained by simulating the acoustical environment; it will be used for designing or future building＇s planning and noise prevention. Some methods for noise barrier and acoustical landscape have been discussed. |
