| 摘 要： | 知识管理可以从输入和输出两个方面有力地支持ERP系统 (企业资源计划系统 ) ,从选型、安装到使用的全生命周期的实施工作。笔者通过较为广泛的调查分析 ,并结合亲自参加过的我国若干机械制造企业ERP项目的实施经验 ,根据知识管理的基本理论 ,探讨了ERP系统实施中的知识管理问题 ,从系统选型、安装到使用三个阶段 ,以及信息的输入和输出设计两个方面 ,初步构建了支持ERP系统实施的知识管理体系

| Abstract: | Knowledge Management can be used to support ERP system in their choice,implementation and application, both inputs and outputs According to the theories of the knowledge management, the author analyses the problems of the knowledge management in the process of the implementation of ERP system,and sets up the KMS(knowledge management system) to support the implementation of ERP system by combining with the extensive inquisition analysis,and the author's experiences of the Implementation of ERP. |
