促生菌对黄瓜幼苗过氧化物酶活力的影响

摘    要:分别在普通土和灭菌土中栽培黄瓜幼苗,用愈创木酚法测定其过氧化物酶活力。结果表明:普通土栽培的黄瓜幼苗,经促生菌处理后其过氧化物酶活力比对照组高3.81U,但没有达到显著性差异;无菌土栽培的黄瓜幼苗,经促生菌处理后其植株过氧化物酶活力比蒸馏水对照的低3.IOU,且达到了显著性差异。

Abstract:Planted cucumber seedlings in the ordinary soil and asepsis soil, and then measured the peroxide enzyme with guaiacol law. The result indicated that peroxide enzyme of seedlings treated with PGPR in the ordinary soil had a higher value than distilled water check by 3.18U, but no a significant deviation; while the former's peroxide enzyme of seedlings was lower than the later by 3.12U when they were planted in the asepsis soil, and with a significant deviation.
