| Abstract: | Lynn Margulis is an American biologist and popular science writer,and is recognized as the main supporter of the modern Symbiosis Theory.She co-founded the Gaia hypothesis and devoted her life to supporting unfocused niche views.She was controversial because she championed extraordinarily deviant theories.This paper explores her legacy to science development from the perspectives of innovation and controversy. |
