基于Petri网的车间控制器平台研究

摘    要:着重于车间控制器的开放性提出了车间控制器平台的体系结构.车间控制器平台的核心是运控Petri网.该文给出了运控Petri网的定义.和一般的Petri网相比,运控Petri网主要增加了控制规则以及和外部信息进行交互的接口.实现外部接口的技术方案是车间控制器平台的关键技术,这些接口包括控制设备的虚拟制造设备(VMD)接口、数据库访问接口以及文件访问接口,通过这些外部接口为车间调度提供了全面的车间信息.

Abstract:An architecture of shop floor controller platform is proposed to solve the problem of software reuseability and system open using Petri net approach. The expanded Petri net model is applied to simulate entire shop floor using three kinds of interfaces, including open database connectivity (ODBC) for database access, virtual manufacturing device (VMD) for numeric control machine access and C++ API for file access. Scheduling subsystem collects shop floor data from Petri net model and provides dicisions to shop floor according to Petri Net control rules. Finally, compared to conventional shop floor control system, this paper gives advantages of proposed platform.
