| 摘 要： | 采用抽样问卷调查统计法,对中西南地区部分高校领导亚健康状况进行分析研究.分析了中西南地区部分高校领导的健康现状、亚健康概率、生活和工作习惯、健身习惯等,研究结果旨在为高校领导改善亚健康现状、提高健康水平提供参考意见.
