葡萄品种间杂交后代过氧化物酶同工酶分析

摘    要:应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析了白香蕉、无核紫、红马奶3个葡萄品种杂交后代的叶片过氧化物酶同工酶,结果表明个别同工酶区带的遗传行为完全符合经典的孟德尔分离定律,证明了过氧化物酶同工酶是受单基因所控制。根据Px9和“二分体”状带的遗传行为,可以认为白香蕉的基因型为Aa和bb,无核紫为Aa和BB,红马奶为AA和Bb。

Abstract:The perioxidase isozymes of leaves of hybrid progenies among the grapevine'sthree breeds which are Baixiangjiao, Mounkka and Hongmanai have been analysed by polyacrylarnide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the hereditary character of a few enzyme bands conform fally to dassical Mendel's regularity of segregatiom. It was proved thatthe hereditary character of a few enzyme bands conforms fully to classical Mendel's regularity of segregation. It was proved that the pexioxidase isozymes were controled by single gene.According to hereditary character of Px9 and"doublepartite". We can consider that the genotype of Baixiangjia are Aa & bb The genotype of Mounkka are Aa & BB and the genotype ofHongmanai are AA & Bb.
