| 摘 要： | 从分析山东省济宁市的水环境现状入手，根据大量的监测资料，运用定性与定量相结合的方法，确定了济宁市地表各水域的主导功能及功能顺序，科学合理地划分了水功能区，并在此基础上阐述了对济宁市水功能区管理措施。

| Abstract: | Partitioning functional sections of surface water is a basic and applied work of water environment protection and water resources management.At first,this paper puts up the assess-ment of present water quality of the surface water.According to the Quality Standard for Surface Water,we have partitioned the water functional sections in Jining City;then,water quality models appropriate to the facts are chosen to calculate water environmental capacity and ascertain the contamination cut project;at last,the paper expounds on the administrative measures of functional sections in Jining City. |
