中国省际能源效率及影响因素研究

摘    要:在发展经济和节能减排双重驱动下,提高能源利用效率显得尤为重要。鉴于此,文章采用基于MinDS-U-DEA模型的MinDS-U-M指数,对中国能源动态利用效率进行评价,深入挖掘省际能源投入产出存在的不足及其影响因素,并分析省际能源全要素生产率的时间序列特征、空间异质性和增长模式。最后,从绿色低碳发展、资源优化配置和技术转化效率三个方面提出可行性建议。

Abstract:Driven by the dual drive of economic development and energy conservation and emission reduction, it is particularly important to improve energy efficiency. In view of this, the article uses the MinDS-UM index based on the MinDS-U-DEA model to evaluate China"s energy dynamic utilization efficiency, in-depth excavation of inter-provincial energy input and output deficiencies and influencing factors, and analysis of inter-provincial energy Time series characteristics of productivity, spatial heterogeneity and growth patterns. Finally, it puts forward feasibility suggestions from three aspects of green and low-carbon development, resource optimization allocation and technology conversion efficiency.
