老年人长期护理服务质量评价指标权重构建

在人口老龄化形势日益严峻的背景下，探究如何完善养老服务评价方式，得到准确的服务质量评价指标权重，对于科学构建养老服务评价指标体系具有重要的理论意义及现实意义。以我国老年长期护理服务质量评价指标权重构建为例，将修正后的顾客感知服务质量模型指标体系进行可视化展现，融入服务设计思想，提出一种基于序关系分析法的权重确定方案。该方案可促进养老模式规范化，推动养老服务体系建设。

Construction of the Weight of Service Quality Assessment Index for Long-Term Care of Elderly

Under the background of the increasingly grim situation of the aging population, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore how to improve the evaluation method of the old-age service and obtain the accurate weight of the service quality evaluation index system for the scientific construction of the old-age service evaluation index system. Taking the weight construction of long-term care service quality evaluation index for the elderly in China as an example, the revised index system of customer perceived service quality model is visually displayed and integrated with the service design idea, and a weight determination scheme based on G1-method is proposed. The plan can promote the standardization of the old-age care model and the construction of the old-age care service system.
