摘    要:精神福利是指企业为员工所提供的各种非物质性的环境和服务。企业实施精神福利,是员工个人身心得以健康发展的必要条件,是企业在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地的关键,是社会得以长治久安的重要因素。要使企业的精神福利切实落到实处,就要建立领导与员工之间的对话机制、创造公平竞争的企业文化、优化企业的工作环境、引进EAP及重视员工的个人发展。

Trying to Talk about Mental Welfare of Enterprise

Abstract:Mental welfare is the all kinds of non-material environment and service that is provided by the enterprise.Implementing mental welfare is the necessary conditions of the employee's physical and mental health,is the key to success of enterprise in the fierce market competition,is the important factors of society to the stability.In order to implement the mental welfare of enterprise,we should establish the dialogue mechanism between the leadership and employees,create a fair competition culture of the enterprise,optimize enterprise 's working environment,introduce EAP and pay attention to employee's personal development.
