On the Problems of Network SME Human Resource Management and Their Countermeasures——a Network Technology Company in Anhui as an Example

Studying Human Resource Management of an Information Technology Co.Ltd.in Anhui,this article first discussed the meaning and characteristics of the human resources and human resources management,then briefly described the company’s current situation,pointed out the problems existing in the human resource management,analyzed the gaols and tasks of the human resource management according to the developing gaols and requirements of the company,and finally offered countermeasures for dealing with the problems.
