基于胜任力思想的高校岗位管理策略研究

摘    要:分析了高校岗位管理制度的背景与现状,提出将胜任力的思想和方法运用到高校现行的岗位设置管理系统中,指导岗位分析、开展岗位聘用及聘后管理、进行岗位绩效评价,并将岗位评价结果用于绩效工资分配,从而形成基于胜任力思想的高校岗位系统管理的策略和方法。

Abstract:The paper gives an introduction to the background and current situation of the college post management system,and proposes that the concept and approaches of competence should be carried out into the current college post management system to offer guidance for post analysis,conduct post employment and its subsequent management,and to do post performance evaluation.In addition,the post performance evaluation is closely connected with the salary distribution so as to form a type of a college post systematic management strategy which is based on the concept of competence.
