| 摘 要： | 大学精神是大学的灵魂。在高等教育大众化的背景下,新建本科院校作为高等教育体系中的新生力量,面临新的机遇与挑战。为了增强竞争力和促进新建本科院校跨越式发展,培育大学精神成为当务之急。重视人才培养,引进卓越人才,建设校园文化,继承传统文化等,这是培育大学精神的有效路径。

| Abstract: | University spirit is the soul of a university.In the background of the popularization of higher education,newly-built undergraduate universities and colleges are meeting with new opportunities and challenges.Cultivating university spirit has become a top priority so as to enhance competitiveness and promote the great-leap-forward development of newly-built universities and colleges.Paying great attention to the talents cultivation,introducing outstanding talents,constructing campus culture,and inheriting the traditional culture are the effective ways of cultivating university spirit. |
