| 摘 要： | 高职教育处于普通本科教育和中等职业教育之间,层次特殊,毕业生的就业形势及毕业后的职业发展均不容乐观。文章对郑州市几所高职院校的职业生涯规划教育情况进行了调查,分析了高职学生职业生涯规划教育的现状和存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策,呼吁社会和学校提高对高职院校职业生涯规划教育的重视,帮助高职学生实现个体的和谐、可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education is between the normal higher education and secondary vocational education.The employment of graduates and career development are not optimistic.We investigated the career planning education of several vocational colleges in Zhengzhou,analyzed the present situation and problems,then put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The paper wants to call for the attention on students’ ability and sustainable development. |
