提高高职院校军事课教学质量的研究

摘    要:高职院校军事课教学目前还存在一定问题,主要有军事技能训练不能完成《大纲》规定的全部内容,军事理论课教学师资力量薄弱,教学管理不够规范等。从现实状况看,提高军事课教学质量任重道远。一是要准确定位学科体系,军事课应定位于国防教育学科,国防教育具有特殊性、独立性。二是上下合力破解难题,主要解决好军事课教师培养聘任及军事训练场地问题。三是适时修改大纲,充实调整新的教学内容,使其更具国防教育特点。

Research on how to Improve the Teaching Quality of Military Theory Course

Abstract:Currently,there are still some problems in the teaching process of Military Theory Course,which mainly include the aspects listed below: military skill training can not cover the whole content stipulated by the "teaching program",no sufficient teaching staff,no standardized administration on teaching.Based on the current state,to improve the teaching quality of Military Theory Course is still a long way to go with heavy burdens.Firstly,we must set the subject system.Military course should be set based on national defense,which is special and independent.Secondly,we should try our best to solve the difficulties mainly involved in faculty cultivation and training sites.Thirdly,we should revise the teaching program and adjust teaching content to make them adapt our national defense.
