| 摘 要： | 提出了以ELES为基础的医疗需求统计方程,并利用截面数据估计出城镇和农村居民的医疗基本需求量、医疗边际消费倾向和医疗需求收入弹性.联系医疗市场的自有属性,结合相关实证调查结果,纵向和横向比较各指数,从而得出我国医疗保健体系的症结在于高涨的价格使得低收入层的经济负担过重和过于单一的供给抑制了高收入层的医疗需求的结论.

| Abstract: | Based on ELES model,this essay puts forward a statistic equation on the primary medical needs and measures the basic medical needs,the marginal propensity to consume the medical products,the income elasticity of both urban and rural residents by using cross-sectional data.After the quantitative analysis,it compares the vertical and horizontal indexes associating with some related empirical survey.And it arrives at the conclusion that the crux of medical system in China lies in the ever increasing price imposing intolerable economic burden on the low income and the monotonous supply system restraining the growing medical demand of the high income in China. |
