摘    要:以新鲜猪血为原料,分离血清,依次进行防腐、发色和抗氧化处理,制成浆状的无硝血红蛋白着色剂。它的优良性能,经紫外-可见光光谱测定测定存放和光照实验,得到了验证。

Abstract:The hemoglobin colorant was prepared from fresh pig blood, through separating blood serum, acting with antiseptic agents, color producing reagents and antioxidants, without any nitric or nitrous matters. Its quality is fine, and it was examined by ultraviolet and visible spectroscopic analysis and by photostability and storage stability tests.
