| 摘 要： | 分别用ELISA法和RIA法测定重组乙肝疫苗(CHO细胞)效价,将血清抗-HBs阳转率及ED50值(稀释度)进行统计学分析,对全部样本的阳转率进行X2检验,P0.05,按α=0.05水准分析,说明两种方法的阳转率差异不显著;对检测结果进行t检验,0.05P0.1,按α=0.05水准,说明两种方法检测结果差异不显著。因此,可用ELISA法替代RIA法测定乙肝疫苗效价。

| Abstract: | Potency of the recombinant hepatitis B vaccine（CHO cell） was determined by RIA and ELISA respectively,then the serum anti-HBs-positive rates and ED50（dilution） were analyzed by statistical methods.The positive rates resulted from RIA and ELISA were no significant difference（chi-square test,α = 0.05,P〉 0.05） in all samples.The t test also showed that there was no significant difference（α = 0.05,0.05〈 P〈 0.1） between the two methods.Therefore,the RIA method can be replaced by ELISA. |
