将武术散手引入高职女生选修课的可行性研究

Feasibility Study for Wushu Sanshou Being Girls Elective in Vocational Colleges

Wushu Sanshou is one of the Chinese martial arts treasure. Long-term practice can strengthen the body and practice self-defense, but also can chasten tenacious psychokinesis, promote self-efficacy. Sanshou martial involving in the girls elective in the PE class will improve the physical and psychological quality, co-ordination and communication, social adaptation of the overall quality of training. It has a positive role in promoting lifelong physical ability to lay the foundation for the formation.
