羚牛股骨密质骨力学性能的实验研究

摘    要:为了对国家一级保护动物——羚牛的骨生物力学和临床医学提供必要的骨力学参数,对羚牛新鲜股骨密质骨的拉伸与压缩力学性能进行了实验研究,用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观测了其微观结构,并与同属牛科的家牛进行了比较。实验得到了羚牛新鲜股骨密质骨沿轴向压缩和拉伸弹性模量分别为5.41GPa和0.98GPa,密质骨的力学性能在股骨的不同位置差异不显著。扫描电镜的观察表明:羚牛股骨密质骨在微观结构上是由丛状骨和哈佛氏系统组成的,其中哈佛氏系统沿径向的分布比较平均。

Abstract:Takin is a rare wild animal that is classified as a first grade state protected animal in China.The Young's moduli and ultimate strengths of Takin and Bovine fresh femoral bone compact specimens were measured in uniaxial compression and tension tests.The mechanical properties of different portions of the Takin femur had no obviously statistical differences.Observations of the microstructures of the bones with an optical microscope and a scanning electron microscope(SEM showed that the compact Takin bone is composed of Plexform bone and Haversian Systems, with the Haversian Systems distributed almost uniformly in the radial direction.The data will facilitate further research on biomechanics and clinical medicine practices for Takin.
