层次递进耦合:产业集群的动态形成机理

实施产业集群发展战略的前提是正确把握集群的形成机理,现有的相关研究基本局限在静态的条件性及原因性分析。以动态过程作为分析视角,认为产业集群的整个形成过程由于受不同驱动因素的作用,会先后出现三个不同的关键阶段,即萌芽、企业聚集和集群化。通过构建反映集群动态形成的层次递进耦合模型,描述了各个关键形成阶段的特征,分析了促进每一关键阶段出现的驱动因素及其层次递进关系,揭示了各层驱动因素的构成方式,并指出了该研究的政策含义。

Hierarchic Advance and Coupling: the Dynamic Forming Mechanism of Industrial Cluster

The prerequisite of implementing clustered strategy is to comprehend the forming mechanism of industrial cluster.The shortcoming of current studies is static condition analysis.From the perspective of dynamic process,the forming process of industrial cluster consists of three key phases,namely germination,enterprise gathering and forming cluster,which mainly are caused by driving factors being situated different layer.Through building the hierarchic advance and coupled model,this paper analyses the characteristics of each key stage of forming industrial cluster,presents the driving factors emerging on each key stage and the hierarchic advance relation among these driving factors,describes the constituting pattern of driving factors,and then points out the policy meaning of the study.
