空心铝型材挤压成形过程的有限元数值模拟

摘    要:用刚塑性有限元法对方截面铝型材挤压过程进行了计算机数值模拟,并探讨了其关键技术,与用挤压不同颜色橡皮泥的方法对铝型材挤压过程中金属质点流动状态所作的物理模拟结果相比,发现两者吻合得较好,证明了计算机数值模拟的正确性,其结果为制定合理的铝型材挤压工艺参数及模具设计提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Computer numerical simulation of rectangle aluminum section extrusion process is carried out using rigid plastic finite element method, and the key techniques of it are studied. The result agrees well with that obtained by physics simulation to measure the metal particles flowing condition in extrusion process by extruding different color plasticines. Proves the correctness of computer numerical simulation. The result provides the theoretical base for establishing reasonable aluminum section extrusion process variables and die designing.
