| 摘 要： | 司法正义要求国家公平或公正地保护刑事诉讼中各方主体的合法利益。就中国现实情况而言．民愤在一定程度上影响了司法正义的实现。社会之所以需要刑事辩护律师，是因为他们能够为社会的发展进步提供有价值的刑事法律服务，能够为司法正义的实现提供现实支持。
