装载机自动换挡系统的模糊控制及其仿真研究

摘    要:文章以提高装载机的传动效率为研究目的,通过自动改变变速器的挡位来控制液力变矩器在高效区工作。工程车辆的液力变矩器的传动效率一般应大于0.75,如果低于该值,就需要换挡。由此可以设计一套基于模糊控制的自动换挡系统,它能够根据外界载荷的变化及时变换变速器挡位,以保证液力变矩器在传动效率跌出低效区时,通过自动换挡重新回到高效区,从而提高传动效率。

Abstract:The paper mainly studies how to increase the transmission efficiency of loader.It makes the hydraulic torque converter working in an efficient area by automatically changing the stall of transmission.Generally speaking,the value of transmission efficiency of construction machinery is more than 0.75,and the shift is needed if the value is less than 0.75.Then,we can design an automatic shift system based on fuzzy control theory.The transmission stall will be shift in time according to the change of load outside,which makes the hydraulic torque converter working in an efficient area again by shifting when the transmission efficiency is lower,to improve the transmission efficiency.
