| 摘 要： | 高等教育评估中介组织独立性的内涵是正直和客观的行为能力,独立性的外延是高等教育评估中介组织的独立性的各种具体表现。在评估中介市场,正确地理解独立性内涵和外延能够为我国高等教育评估中介独立性的发展提供一定的理论依据。

| Abstract: | The implication of higher education accreditation intermediary organizations is the capability of the righteous and impersonal actions. The extension of independence is displayed by the organizations. In accred- itation intermediary market, the correct understanding of both the implication and the extension of independence provides the theory evidence to its development. |
