| 摘 要： | 提出了等电子原子模型。计算和讨论了原子电离势及其变化规律。由此勿需引进其它概念即可了解元素周期性及电子分层。并提出了元素区的新的划分方式。

| Abstract: | In an isoelectronic atomic series, the following relations are found to be valid: in which, Z, and Z are atomic numbers of the pre-atom and any other ions in the series; E., the ith ionization potential; a and b, empirical parameters. Values of a and b show definite kinds of periodicity. a is related to E, of pro-atoms, and b with their electronic configurations. Based on the regularities shown by values of b, a new method of division of elementblocks is suggested. |
