双曲美他嗪治疗60例心肌梗死后心力衰竭临床观察

目的观察曲美他嗪治疗心肌梗死后心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法60例心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组与治疗组。观察组行常规药物治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪20mg／次，3次／d，30d为1疗程。观察治疗前后心功能改变与心脏超声多普勒心功能指标变化。结果治疗后治疗组心功能改善总有效率为93．3％，观察组心功能改善总有效率为80．0％，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。左心室射血分数（LVEF）及左心室短轴缩短率（FS），治疗后治疗组较观察组明显增加，自身对照两组治疗后左心室收缩末期内径（LVSD）、左心室舒张末期内径（LVDD）明显降低，但治疗后两组间对比，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论曲美他嗪治疗心肌梗死后心力衰竭可获得较好的临床疗效。

Clinical observation of Trimetazidine in the treatment of 60 cases with heart failure after myocardial infarction

Objective：To observe the curative effect of trimetazidine on heart failure -after myocardial infarction. Methods： 60 patients with heart failure after myocardial infarction were randomly divided into the observation group and the treatment group. The observation group received the conventional therapy, the treatment group received the conventional therapy and trimetazidine. The parameters of cardiac function and the results of doppler eehoeardiography were compared before and after treatment. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group and the observation group were 93.3% and 80.0% respective- ly, the increase of left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） and the left ventrieular fractional shortening （FS）of the treatment group was more than the observation group significantly. After treatment, the left ventricu- lar end systolic diameter （LVSD） and the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter （LVDD） were decreased significantly, but there were no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Trimetazidine had good clinical effect on heart failure after myocardial infarction get a better.
