| Abstract: | Provincial" is the general designation of provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions.Applying the sampling survey theory combining with the social_economic features of provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in China and the practice of trade statistics,the actual technical design which can meet the needs of provincial trade statistics has been put forward. |
