考虑火炮膛内热散失的内弹道建模与仿真

摘    要:针对发射药内弹道性能预估时,火炮膛内热散失修正程度难以确定的问题。提出了一种基于密闭爆发器实验的发射药燃气膛内传热计算方法,根据该试验测得的压力与时间信号及发射药燃气在密闭环境中做功能力与压力之间的关系,确立发射药燃气与膛壁的传热方程,结合内弹道方程组,得到考虑火炮膛内热散失的内弹道模型,并将该模型用于双芳-3发射药的内弹道性能预估。结果显示仿真得到的最大膛压、初速与实测结果的误差均小于2.5%,表明了该模型的有效性和优越性。
