玻璃镀膜取料机械手设计

摘    要:针对玻璃镀膜取料机械手的设计,首先根据该种机械手的技术要求,进行了整体方案的设计.然后用三维造型软件对机械臂和叉形机械手进行了三维造型和虚拟装配,并进行了虚拟运动实现.对叉形机械手进行了力学分析,得出了叉形机械手应力分布示意图和叉形机械手受力后位移示意图,通过实验得出该机械手运行的工位数值,使用控制系统对其进行补偿,进一步得出了该机械手运行的精准度.为玻璃镀膜相关企业的取料工作解决了一些常见的问题.
