飞机地面除冰运行的非合作博弈研究

摘    要:针对大型机场对优化除冰调度运行以减少航班延误的需求,以及各航空公司对有限除冰资源的无序竞争,结合非合作博弈理论,建立飞机除冰地面运行的非合作博弈模型,设计了除冰资源分配的浮动优先级算法,在MATLAB环境下,利用首都机场动态航班数据对算法进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明,将设计的浮动优先级算法应用于飞机地面除冰运行中,机场离港航班的延误情况得到了明显缓解,且对现有的"先到先服务"除冰调度策略进行了优化,并保证了资源分配的公平性,为机场地面除冰运行提供了一种新的思路。
