| 摘 要： | 采用带毒平板菌丝生长法和液体悬浮培养法,测定了千头柏枝叶乙醇粗提物及其不同溶剂萃取物对水稻纹枯病病菌的抗菌活性.结果表明,石油醚和乙酸乙酯萃取部分对纹枯病菌生长有较强的抑制活性,说明千头柏乙醇粗提物的抑菌活性成分存在于这两种中等极性组分中.温室盆栽试验表明,上述两萃取部分对水稻纹枯病有明显的防治作用.

| Abstract: | The inhibitory activities of ethanolic extracts from Platycladus orientalis and its fractions of different solvents on rice sheath blight fungus were determined by mycelial radial growth test and liquid suspension culture assay.The results showed that the fractions of petroleum ether and ethyl acetate exhibited a strong inhibitory activity against the fungus,and the antifungal compounds of the ethanolic extracts exist in the two fractions with moderate polarity.Further pot experiments in a green house indic... |
