在水资源及其承载能力定义和内涵研究的基础上,提出了水资源承载能力评价应从宏观和微观两方面进行的思想,并从可操作性的角度考虑,指出指标方法和系统动力学方法可以从宏观评价和微观诊断两个方面对水资源承载能力进行分析,两种方法相互补充说明,可从不同角度探讨水资源承载能力的发展态势和内部要素间的协调程度.

Study on evaluation methods of water resources carrying capacity

Based on the definition and connotation of water resources and its carrying capacity,it is suggested that the evaluation of water resources carrying capacity should be made from microscopic and macroscopic angles.It is also demonstrated that the index method and the system dynamic method are available for macroscopic evaluation and microscopic diagnosis of water resources carrying capacity,and that the development trend of water resources carrying capacity and the coordination of its internal factors could be analyzed by the cooperation of the above two methods.
