| 摘 要： | 本文报导了用反相高效液相色谱法测定人参培养物中２，４－Ｄ的含量。采用外标法计算其含量，方法准确，重现性好，相对偏差小。

| Abstract: | A high performance liquid chromatography technique for the determination of 2,4-D in culture of ginseng has been developed.The concentration of 2, 4-D is calculated by external standard. Good precision and recovery rates were obtained. |
