废火药粉碎过程安全性研究

摘    要:本文对废火药粉碎过程的安全性进行了研究,建立了简化状态下废火药粉碎过程的爆炸热平衡方程,并由该方程对影响爆炸发生的两个关键因素进行了讨论,证明了水中粉碎废火药的安全性。文中还导出了废火药粉碎过程水用量的经验估算式。

Abstract:Investigations are conducted into the safety of waste gunpowder during a crushing process. An equation is established for explosion thermodynamic equilibrium of waste gunpowder being crushed in a simplified state. A discussion is then made about the two crucial factors affecting the explosion. A conclusion is drawn that waste gunpowder remains safe when crushed in water. And finally an empircal equation is given as regards the quantity of water needed for this operation
