| Abstract: | The hotel is a kind of industry greatly frail and sensitive to the changes of economic fluctuation in its activeities.There are many functional factors in hotel management.Thus ,it is important to keep crisis consciousness both in its management and administration.This article is focusde on the mecessity of setting up the hotel crisis management mechanism.The functional factors in hotel management are first analyzed respectively in order to clearly indicate the facts that crises indeed exist in the hotel management.The setting up method then is proposed for the daily management. |
